If you would like to return your plants, even though they are as described and not damaged or destroyed, then you are welcome to do so.
Please return them to us in good condition within 14 days, and we will refund your payment, less the cost of sending the plants to you.
If the plants are not as described or have been destroyed or damaged in transit, then please notify us within 14 days by email, or telephone to 01359 250507,
or by post to Boxtrees Nursery Ltd, Walnut Tree Cottage, The Street, Wattisfield, Diss IP22 1NS. We will then either replace the plants, subject to availability, or issue a full or partial refund, according
to the circumstances and your preferred solution.
